The Spark
Every remarkable journey begins with a spark of inspiration, and for One Village, that spark ignited with a non-binary youth who envisioned a world of inclusivity and empowerment. As an organization committed to uplifting our youth, we knew this was a call we had to answer. In 2020, under the guidance of the Journeymen umbrella, we introduced the One Village Initiative, and its impact has been nothing short of transformative.
Since then, over 500 youth of all genders and backgrounds have participated in our programs, and alongside them, we’ve equipped and supported hundreds of adult educators, coaches, and mentors. These dedicated individuals are vital to our mission, extending our reach and providing young people with the mentorship and support they need to flourish.
