About One Village
A shared approach to supporting young people into healthy adulthood
One Village ensures every young person is loved, supported, and thriving. We partner with schools and youth-serving organizations to cultivate belonging and emotional wellbeing through SEL circles, leadership training, and immersive community experiences. We have equipped thousands of youth and educators with the real-world skills needed to lead with kindness and confidence - strengthening the "village" around our young people so they can grow into capable, connected adults.
Our Orientation
One Village is built on a simple premise: young people are shaped by the systems around them.
When those systems are fragmented or overwhelmed, even the best intentions fall short. When adults are supported, aligned, and working with shared language and practice, young people experience greater stability, belonging, and opportunity.

One Village does not operate as a direct-service provider or a standalone program.
Instead, we partner with schools and organizations to:
listen deeply to context and constraints
co-design approaches that fit real systems
equip adults with practical tools and shared language
provide support that strengthens capacity over time
This approach allows the work to live within institutions — led by the people already there.
Why This Matters
